 Premium services for hiring platform

During my previous role, I was the designer of the Monetization Team in a company that created a platform to match companies with talent to hire. My team's purpose was to create all the paid services for premium clients, and I was in charge of designing them.

Boost

TorreBoost was a service for companies and recruiters that would enable them to get more exposure for their job opening and obtain high-matching candidate recommendations based on their skills, experiences, languages, location, time zone, preferences, etc.

Users had the chance of reboosting their job opening to get more exposure and obtain more candidate recommendations

Boosted job openings would show a rocket.

The applicant tracking system for non-boosted jobs would contain an ad for the service.

After the user had hired the service, suggested high-matching candidates would appear on their pipeline, with the legend 'Candidate from TorreBoost'.

If the job opening had all the required information in the post,  and it offered a competitive enough  compensation, users would be invited to boost it.

If the job post was incomplete, or the compensation offered was below market standards, users would be informed that they might qualify for the service and invite them to request access. The team would review their case manually and decide if the job could be boosted.

Boosted jobs would show a rocket in the top bar, both in the applicant tracking system and in the job post.

Non-boosted jobs would show a button to invite users to boost it.

ATS Pro

TorreATSPro was a service that would enable recruiters to personalize their applicant tracking system and automate their interview scheduling process.

Each feature of the service had a trial period. Users would have access to each feature until they had obtained enough value of it (meaning, until they had used it enough to recognize their usefulness; achieved value was measured using different parameters for each feature).

If the service was inactive, the use of each of the features was blocked by a screen.

There were two different screens for each feature: the trial one that would inform users about its benefits and invite them to try it, the other one being the paywall that would ask users to hire the service in order to use the feature.

The second screen would appear in the next posted job after the user had finished achieving value of the feature in the first one.

All products and services in the platform would allow users to pay for a whole year upfront and save 50%.

Sourcing

TorreSourcing was a service that would provide talent seekers tools to find great-matching candidates for their job openings. It would allow users to perform unlimited searches for full-time candidates using keywords for skills and experiences, and it would enable a column in their applicant tracking system that would show candidate suggestions. that they could invite to apply to their opening.

Performing searches for skills to find full-time candidates that possessed them would show an invitation to either change searching for freelancers or consultants instead, or hire the service.
